To make your stay at our Hotel 52 as comfortable as possible, please adhere to the following rules.
Hotel 52 opening hours.
Check-in at Hotel 52 is from 14:00.
Check-out from the hotel before 12:00.
You must show your passport to get your room keys. The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Guests of Hotel 52 should:
keep order, cleanliness in the rooms and other areas of the hotel;
have a guest card with you, show it at the request of the hotel staff;
do not disturb other hotel guests with loud sounds, keep quiet at night;
comply with the rules of fire safety, electrical safety, life safety;
to reimburse the cost of the lost or damaged property of the hotel in the manner prescribed by the current legislation. Determination of the cost of damage is carried out according to the price list approved by the General Director;
accept guests only until 23:00;
when leaving the room, turn off the water, lights, electrical appliances, close the windows;
avoid carrying weapons openly, which are allowed in the manner prescribed by law. This requirement applies to service, military weapons and special equipment that are used while on duty;
to leave the room after the end of the paid stay. You should pack up and prepare for check out in advance.
It is prohibited in the rooms of Hotel 52:
use personal heating devices. You can use only those heating devices that are allowed in the room and are the property of the hotel;
smoking in non-smoking rooms;
to give your guest card, room key to unauthorized persons;
to move furniture. If it’s necessary, you need to agree on the possibility of moving the furniture with the administration;
unregistered persons stay in the room after 23:00;
stay of persons without a guest registered in the room;
bring and leave in the room bulky things that make cleaning difficult and can damage the interior;
accommodation of persons not registered at the reception;
store products that spoil quickly, prohibited, in particular, explosive substances;
make noise, disturb other guests.
Responsibilities of the administration.
Hotel 52 administration representatives:
meet and register guests at the hotel;
move them into rooms;
guarantee the safety of guests, their property, respect for confidentiality and privacy;
provide complete information on hotel services;
help to solve everyday issues related to hotel accommodation;
ensure the availability of everything necessary for a comfortable stay, taking into account the class of the room, service and cleanliness of equipment, furniture, bed linen, hygiene supplies, regular cleaning of the room;
provide high quality paid and free services;
operational review of guests’ requests.
